Cette recherche vise donc \u00e0 mettre en \u00e9vidence les m\u00e9canismes par lesquels la dimension politique, au double sens de la gouvernance et de la philosophie \u00e9ducative, s\u2019articule aux pratiques professionnelles qui, elles-m\u00eames, donnent vie \u00e0 un Challenge Michelet susceptible d\u2019infl\u00e9chir les parcours des mineurs plac\u00e9s sous-main de justice. Ses r\u00e9sultats s\u2019appuient sur une enqu\u00eate de terrain r\u00e9alis\u00e9e autour de deux \u00e9ditions (2022 et 2023), au sein de deux d\u00e9l\u00e9gations inter-r\u00e9gionales, qui a donn\u00e9 lieu \u00e0 une cinquantaine d\u2019entretiens et de r\u00e9cits de vie aupr\u00e8s de jeunes participants et de professionnels, 54 journ\u00e9es d\u2019observation participante pendant la comp\u00e9tition et ses phases pr\u00e9paratoires et 61 questionnaires remplis par les encadrants de la PJJ. L\u2019\u00e9quipe de recherche a privil\u00e9gi\u00e9 une approche extensive des effets \u00e9ducatifs, consid\u00e9rant que leur compr\u00e9hension n\u00e9cessite de tenir compte de trois niveaux articul\u00e9s les uns aux autres. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">1\/ Le premier porte sur les processus d\u00e9cisionnels et la gouvernance. Il s\u2019agit de saisir la diversit\u00e9 des acteurs institutionnels engag\u00e9s dans la conception et la mise en \u0153uvre du Challenge et d\u2019analyser leurs interactions dans les processus d\u00e9cisionnels. Cela permet de comprendre que diff\u00e9rentes conceptions de l\u2019\u00e9ducation par le sport co-existent \u00e0 la PJJ qui aboutissent \u00e0 un dispositif travers\u00e9 par des philosophies \u00e9ducatives parfois contrast\u00e9es. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">2\/ Le deuxi\u00e8me niveau est celui de l\u2019agir professionnel. Sonder les effets \u00e9ducatifs d\u2019un dispositif suppose en amont de comprendre ce qu\u2019en font les \u00e9ducateurs. Les donn\u00e9es recueillies permettent \u00e0 la fois de constater le primat d\u2019une approche comp\u00e9titive du sport chez ces \u00e9ducateurs et de l\u2019expliquer par des parcours de socialisation sportive. Loin d\u2019\u00eatre repr\u00e9sentatifs de l\u2019ensemble des professionnels, les encadrants du Challenge sont recrut\u00e9s parmi ceux ayant un rapport \u00e9troit et passionnel avec le monde du sport f\u00e9d\u00e9ral. S\u2019il en r\u00e9sulte un attachement non moins passionnel au Challenge dans son format actuel, il importe de le relier \u00e9galement au v\u00e9cu du travail d\u2019\u00e9ducateur. Celui-ci est marqu\u00e9 par une s\u00e9rie d\u2019emp\u00eachements (administratifs, organisationnels, etc.) et de tensions que le Challenge viendrait d\u00e9samorcer. Ainsi devient-il une parenth\u00e8se pour les professionnels autant que pour les mineurs, qui sont invit\u00e9s \u00e0 vivre un moment d\u2019exception et d\u00e9lest\u00e9s des effets d\u2019\u00e9tiquetage li\u00e9s \u00e0 la PJJ mais aussi d\u2019une part de ce que l\u2019accompagnement \u00e9ducatif contient de contr\u00f4le. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">3\/ Chaque individu \u00e9tant porteur de dispositions \u2013 mani\u00e8res d\u2019agir et de penser \u2013 fa\u00e7onn\u00e9es au cours des trajectoires (familiales, scolaires, amicales, institutionnelles, etc.), le Challenge constitue un espace de socialisation susceptible d\u2019infl\u00e9chir ces fa\u00e7ons d\u2019\u00eatre int\u00e9rioris\u00e9es. Le travail qualitatif s\u2019inscrit bien au-del\u00e0 du Challenge et combine deux \u00e9chelles d\u2019analyse, l\u2019une inter-individuelle, tenant compte du contexte et des dynamiques de groupe, l\u2019autre intra-individuelle trait\u00e9e au filtre des r\u00e9cits de vie. Trois orientations th\u00e9matiques ont \u00e9t\u00e9 privil\u00e9gi\u00e9es pour saisir ces effets : les dispositions corporelles et sportives, les dispositions temporelles et les dispositions relationnelles et \u00e9motionnelles pens\u00e9es dans leur articulation. This research highlights the mechanisms by which the political dimension is linked to professional practices giving life to this event likely to influence the paths of minors placed in the custody of the justice system. The research team favours an extensive approach to educational effects by considering three levels linked to each other. The first relates to decision-making processes and governance. It allows us to understand that different conceptions of education through sport coexist at the PJJ. The second concerns professional action. It shows the primacy of a competitive approach to sport among these educators which can be explained by sporting socialization pathways. The third relates to the Challenge as a space for socialization capable of influencing ways of being internalized by young people: bodily and sporting dispositions, temporal dispositions and relational and emotional dispositions thought out in their articulation. It reflects differentiated effects depending on the educational configurations, the individual trajectories of young people, the duration of commitment to the system and the continuity between year-round educational support in the structure and that deployed within the framework of the Challenge.<\/em><\/p>\n<\/details>\n\n\n\n<p
